Cancellation Policy

1. Light — Easy Cancel: Full Refund: Guests may cancel up to 24 hours before check-in time to receive a full refund which includes the platform service fee, cleaning fee and any applied taxes. After Check-In: If a guest cancels after check-in, they are charged for the nights spent, plus the next 24 hours. The remaining nights are refunded at 100%. The cleaning fee is not refunded. 2. Moderate — Balanced: Full Refund: Guests may cancel up to 5 days before check-in time for a full refund which includes the platform service fee, cleaning fee and any applied taxes. Partial Refund: If cancelled within 5 days before check-in, 50% of the accommodation fees are refunded + any cleaning fee. After Check-In: If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the unused nights, 24 hours after the cancellation, are refunded. Cleaning fee is not refunded. 3. Strict — Committed: Full Refund: Guests can cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Our service fee and any applied taxes are also refunded. Partial Refund: If cancelled later than 14 days before check-in, 50% of the total accommodation fees are refunded + any cleaning fee. After Check-In: If the guest leaves early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the unused nights, 24 hours after the cancellation, are refunded. Read more
